We have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 4 PM (local hotel time) 48-HOURS or 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - the total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. An authorization will be taken within 48 hours of the arrival date. Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation. Your reservation will be immediately canceled if your credit card is invalid or unable to secure an authorized approval for the first night's room and tax charges of your stay. Your credit card will not be charged until arrival at the hotel Authorization/charge releases for debit cards can take 5-7 business days. Hotel Atlantic Beach will not be responsible for overdraft fees or other fees associated with the use of a debit card. The hotel will not be responsible for alternative accommodations. Email cancellations are not accepted. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. By Booking Online, you have received our best rates. Hotel Atlantic Beach is a pet-friendly hotel in Atlantic Beach with three designated guest rooms that are eligible for small to medium size canine companions. Only designated guest rooms on the ground floor permit pets. Our dog-friendly rooms are first-come, first reserved. There is a charge of $25 per night with a maximum charge of $75 (3-days) per stay, per pet (dogs only). Limit of 2 dogs at 50 lbs or less or 1 dog at 80 lbs or less. Guest must register their canine-friend, and is responsible for keeping their dog on a leash and restrained outside your room, at all times. Dogs are expected to be quiet, well behaved, and non-destructive.
There is a pet-relief area where you must curb your dog. $100.00 fee for unattended dog(s) in hotel room or hotel parking lot. Unattended pets may be removed from the room or hotel property by staff and/or animal control without liability on the part of the hotel and the guest will assume all costs for such removal. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition. Destruction of any furnishings, flooring, or linen will be assessed per cost of repair or replacement. Any violations of our pet-policy may result in non-refundable eviction.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card a minimum cleaning fee to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. Declared PETS ALLOWED. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee. (ADA Defined Service animals are excluded.) If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit pre-authorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Every effort will be made to meet any guest’s special request; however, we are unable to guarantee requests.
